You’ll be guided into deep relaxation as calming tones from singing bowls and other instruments wash over the body, creating space for rest, clarity, and emotional ease.

Perfect for anyone needing a mid‑week breather, a moment of stillness, or a simple way to support their wellbeing. No experience needed.

Come along with an open heart, yoga mat, comfy clothing, blanket, pillow and a bottle of water. Please do not attend if you are pregnant, have metal implants anywhere in your body, severe sound sensitivity, epilepsy, have a pacemaker or heart valve in your body.
