Engage all five senses in this movement soundscape; soften with Yin Yoga, and recalibrate with a floating Soundbath in Yoga hammocks .

Through floor-based, yin-inspired movement, this will be an invitation for the body to unfold, release, and soften without force or expectation.

Rather than striving or stretching, this is a practice of feeling. A space to slow down, to arrive, and to meet yourself with tenderness.

This is your time to soften the edges, to let go of holding, and to drop into a deeper state of rest, preparing the body to fully receive the sound bath that follows.

SoundBath is a meditative and immersive experience where you’ll be “bathed” in sound waves produced by crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and rain drums.

Let the aerial silks transport your body into weightlessness, while you pause and let your nervous system recalibrate.
