Come join us for our another yoga session of this semester✨! We will be hosting a class focused on mindfulness, movement and meditation with the intention of allowing you unwind and relax for the hour 💛

This session will be with Mia from 7:30pm to 8:30pm in Blue Sky Room, located on the 1st floor of the SU Building

Saturday 26th September

Beginners are welcome and we provide mats and blocks but feel free to bring your own if you prefer 🪷
