Nourish Yourself Without Breaking the Budget A relaxed evening of cooking, conversation and practical wellbeing for girls and women aged 16+ Eating well doesn't have to be expensive, complicated or overwhelming. Join HerCommunity for a welcoming and practical workshop where we'll explore simple ways to prepare affordable meals, make our money go further and support our wellbeing through the food we eat. Together, we'll prepare a budget-friendly dish, share ideas, and learn realistic strategies for making healthy eating work in everyday life. Whether you're looking for meal inspiration, wanting to feel more confident in the kitchen, or simply hoping to connect with other women in a supportive space, this session is for you.
