This summer, we're bringing Birmingham a 4-hour Reparenting the Inner Child Seminar.

This seminar explores how early emotional experiences shape the way we think, feel and respond in adulthood. It will help you recognise patterns that may be impacting your relationships, self-worth and emotional regulation, and introduce practical ways to begin changing them.

You will be guided through reflective exercises, group discussions and structured activities throughout the session. You will also receive a companion workbook to support your learning and take home with you.

Together, we will explore what reparenting looks like in practice and you will begin to develop your own personalised framework for emotional support, self-understanding and change using your free workbooklet.
