The Libra New Moon invites us into a beautiful space of love, balance, harmony, connection and new beginnings.

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where you are invited to simply lie back, get comfortable and receive.

We’ll begin with a gentle grounding before you are immersed in layers of soothing sound and vibration from instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes.

There is nothing you need to do and no previous experience is required. Simply allow yourself to rest and experience the sounds in your own way. You may feel deeply relaxed, drift into a dreamlike state, notice physical sensations or emotions arise, or simply enjoy a peaceful pause from everyday life.
