Join us for a full day escape to Seven Sisters as part of our Show Up & Move series — this is your chance to reset, get into nature and move your body in a way that feels good. This is a moderate-challenging hike, but we will be there to support you along the way!

By booking a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following:

🌿 Acknowledgement of Risk

I understand that participating in a hike or outdoor activity involves inherent risks, including uneven terrain, weather conditions, and physical exertion. I voluntarily accept these risks.

💪 Health & Responsibility

I confirm that I am physically able to take part and will take full responsibility for my own health, pace, and wellbeing during the event.

I understand that I am responsible for:

My own safety and belongings

Wearing appropriate clothing and footwear

Following any guidance provided by the Show Up Sis team

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Show Up Sis, its organisers, and event partners from liability for any injury, loss, or damage suffered during the event.

📸 Photography & Content

Photos and videos may be taken during the event for marketing purposes. If I do not wish to appear, I will inform the organiser on the day.
