Come and join me for a feast of all things Italian

**Please let me know of any dietary requirements/preferences/allergies before you book, it's a small space and whilst I can make some changes to the menu it's probably best to check just in case.

When you arrive just walk on down the drive to the bottom of the garden and step into a magical world of candlelit ambiance and a roaring fire.

We start the evening off with sharing plates of salami, cheese, fire roasted red peppers, burratta, olives, the best balsamic dipping sauce and homemade focaccia.

Lasagne an Italian classic that done well takes days to make. A properly-made lasagna is a dish of consummate beauty and one of the most beloved Italian food dishes in the world. Lasagne has many versions, both within Italy and around the world, but when we talk about “real” lasagna in Italy we mean “Lasagne alla Bolognese” . The longer a ragù cooks, the tastier it becomes, my grandma would stew hers literally all day, I make mine the day before and I use a mixture of beef and pork.

For pudding one of my very favourite coffee based desserts Tiramisu. Using strong black espresso coffee and a splash of Tia Maria, sponge fingers are soaked as the base, clouds of whipped mascarpone are layered in between and the top sprinkled with a crushed, roasted coffee bean and dark chocolate crumb, the ultimate dish of decadence and the perfect way to end a feast.

Don't worry if you don't like coffee there is always two desserts, it just depndes on what's in the fridge!

Menu is subject to change depending on what looks good when I go shopping, but I promise no one leaves hungry.

Don't forget to bring along your own drinks, there is fridge and ice avialble if anything needs to be kept cold.
