The Autumn Equinox marks a turning point in the year, a moment when day and night come briefly into balance before we begin the gradual journey into the darker months.

Autumn is traditionally associated with letting go.

Just as the trees begin to release their leaves, this season can be a powerful time to notice what we are still carrying in our bodies and minds. Stress, tension, old emotions, habits, expectations and the constant pressure to keep doing.

This evening has been created to give you space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and consciously move into the new season.

Dawn from Reconnection to Wellness will begin the evening with gentle seasonal movement and breathwork, helping you settle into the body, release physical tension and create a little more space internally.

You will then be guided into a deeply relaxing sound healing journey with Donna and Stuart from Purple Butterfly Sound Healing, where you can simply lie back, rest and allow the sounds and vibrations to wash over you.

What to expect

The evening will include:

Gentle, accessible seasonal movement

Breathwork and mindful awareness

Guided relaxation

Sound healing

Time afterwards for refreshments, conversation and connection

You do not need to be flexible or physically fit. The movement is gentle and adaptable, and the focus is much more on how the practice feels than on achieving particular poses.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket if you would like to feel extra cosy during the sound healing and a mat if you have one.
