A sound bath is a meditation experience inspired by the harmony of nature using acoustic instruments from across the world such as the divine Alchemy Crystal Bowls, the shimmering Moon Gong, flowing Tongue Drum, glittering Koshi Chimes, Swing Chimes, softly sung vocals and the warm, hazy drones of the Shruti box.

A sound bath is a moment of deep listening and stillness – not just to all the gentle sounds Hannah will make – but listening to how your body, heart and mind feels too. We live in a world filled with constant stimuli and background noise – silence can be hard to find. A sound bath fills that silence with peaceful vibrations which promote relaxation and calm.

During a sound bath, instead of inviting you to quieten your mind, Hannah will cocoon you in a world of glittering melodies and relaxing vibrations within the breathtaking, candlelit Crypt at Blackburn Cathedral.

As you immerse yourself in soothing sounds, the nervous system responds by slowing down, promoting a state of deep relaxation. This, in turn, helps to alleviate stress, tension and anxiety.

Useful Information

To have the best sound bath experience we recommend you bring the following:

Yoga mat or something similar to lie on

A cosy blanket

A pillow if you feel you need extra support under your head or knees

A bottle of water

Cosy, comfortable clothes

Warm socks

It’s my life’s work to create beautiful music from my heart that makes people feel better. Music that makes people feel calmer, more peaceful, nostalgic, lighter. Music that makes people feel seen.

I want to share the art of deep listening. Whether that’s listening to the crystal bowls, what your heart is whispering to you, or how your body is feeling.

As a trained and working musician for over 13 years, I combine a melodic, enchanting, gentle and ethereal musicality to create my own world of sound healing magic and alchemy.

Every sound bath and meditation is a curated experience inspired by the harmony of nature, specific seaons and using acoustic instruments such as the divine crystal bowls, earthy Tibetan bowls, flowing tongue drum, glittering Koshi chimes, softly sung mantras and the warm, hazy drones of the Shruti box.

Come with me, relax, and let yourself be immersed in my healing sounds.

This event takes place in the Crypt at Blackburn Cathedral and entry and exit will be directly via Cathedral Square, BB1 1FB, next to Checks & Greys café.
