I AM NOT GATEKEEPING THE BEST SUNDAY ROAST IN DARWEN. 🍽️🤎

I’m sharing it with you girls this time.

Join me for a few hours of wellbeing, connection, good food and a little Sunday magic at Spring Bank on Sunday 8th November.

We’ll move our bodies with a pilates KPH class, find a little stillness with meditation,breathe , journal and finish with my signature KPH sound healing session…

…but let’s be honest, the main event is the Sunday roast. 😂

And again… bold statement incoming:

It is hands down one of the best Sunday roasts I have ever tasted. In fact, I loved it so much that I chose to have my birthday meal there with my family. So obviously, I had to share it with you lot.

If you’re thinking, “That’s a bold statement, Katelyn…” 😂
