Join us for a delicious celebration of everything that makes Lancashire’s food and drink scene so special at Taste of Lancashire!

Enjoy an evening packed with fantastic local flavours, showcasing the very best produce, dishes and culinary talent from across the county. From traditional Lancashire favourites to modern takes on local classics, this is a chance to enjoy great food, discover new flavours and celebrate the incredible producers and businesses on our doorstep.

MenuCanapé

Smoked salmon crostini with dill cream cheese, finished with keta caviar.

First Course

Winter-spiced Crown Prince pumpkin soup, served with a warm homemade onion roll.

Second Course

A Northern classic with a modern twist – crisp corned beef croquettes, served with rich gravy mayonnaise.

Third Course

Slow-braised rolled lamb shoulder, cooked for eight hours, served with stock-braised carrot, braised onion purée, butter-pressed potatoes and a rich master stock jus.

Fourth Course

Pan-fried seasonal hake with creamed spinach, pickled baby vegetables and a split clam velouté.

Fifth Course

Chorley Cake mille-feuille – inspired by the traditional Lancashire favourite, reimagined with a contemporary finish.

Sixth Course

Twice-baked Blacksticks Blue soufflé, served with celery, grapes and homemade chutney.

Vegetarian options are available.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cater to a vegan diet for this event.
