Unwind and recharge with the soothing vibrations of this Sound bath brought to you by Sound Spirit Healing .

Sound Spirit Healing is exactly what it says.

It's the ability to use both sound and angelic reiki (spirit) to promote healing.

It is designed to enable your body and mind to totally relax in a safe environment and creates a healing to the nervous system; lifts the spirits and promotes emotional well being.

You are invited to sit or lie whilst Kath and Colette play the gongs and other instruments whilst channelling angelic reiki for healing.

Our request is simply that you relax.

Arrive 10 minutes early (there's plenty of parking) and give yourself to get settled.

Bring something to lie on and something to cover you; a pillow and some water.

After the the sound bath we invite you to have a cup of tea and a biscuit before you leave which will allow you to ground and chat about your experiences before you leave for home.

Sound baths are not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy or those under the age of 18 but please feel free to message or whatsapp regarding any questions you may have to 07922183280
