A simple, feel-good session created to help you move, create and unwind.

This isn’t just about painting a pouch…

It’s about slowing down, moving your body and creating something personal in a space that feels safe, light and full of connection.

A gentle, all-levels Mat Pilates session to reset and reconnect

A relaxed pouch-painting experience where you’ll design your own pouch

A calm, welcoming space to switch off and get creative

Whether you’ve joined us before or this will be your first Pilates & Paint, this is an easy one to step into.

No pressure and no experience needed - just come as you are. 🤍

All painting materials are provided.
