Join us for a community screening of People’s Emergency Briefing , a powerful new documentary bringing the latest evidence on the climate and nature crisis directly to the public.

This 50-minute film is part of the National Emergency Briefing, a public information initiative created to ensure people across the UK understand the scale and urgency of the climate and nature emergency and the hopeful pathways forward.

Following the screening, we’ll hold a group discussion giving people the opportunity to share thoughts, ask questions, and talk about what these findings mean for our community.

Entry is free, but spaces are limited - book your ticket via Eventbrite.

About the Film:

In November 2025, leading scientists, experts and campaigners gathered in Westminster to present the latest evidence on climate and nature breakdown to politicians and decision-makers. Their testimony is now on the public record.

People’s Emergency Briefing brings that evidence to communities across the UK in an accessible and engaging way, combining authoritative scientific insights with reactions from members of the public and familiar faces to help audiences process the information on a human level.

The film is rated 12A, for infrequent strong language.

On the night:

Please arrive from 7pm (film will start at 7.30pm) we will have light refreshments available (please feel free to BYO) NB. There will be no food available on the night.

Entrance to the event is by a rear alley off Terrace Road

Full Address: Studio Wood, The Bakery, 6 Terrace Road, Bournemouth, BH25NJ - Look for an alley next to the loading bay for access to The Bakery.

Please do not go to the main entrance of Bobby's or the Gozney Offices

All guests MUST arrive via the rear door (no earlier than 7pm)

All guests will be required to confirm their name at the door. No entry will be given to guests not on the list (as we have limited seating available)

NO Smoking or vaping in any indoor/outdoor space at The Bakery

If you have a disability and require step-free access, or a seat at the front - please let us know in advance and we will be very happy to accomodate.

We will be taking photos on the evening so if you would prefer not to have your photograph taken, please just let us know on the door. These will be shared on social media & by attending the event you allow us to use these images online.
