OCEAN RESET 🌊

A free monthly gathering by the sea to breathe, dip, connect and start the day well.

On the last Friday of every month, we meet on the beach at 7:30am and gather around the fire for a short guided breathwork practice and meditation before heading into the sea together.

Once we're in, there's an optional group release — use your voice, make some noise and let it all out! Then we settle the breath, enjoy the water and return to shore feeling awake, energised and ready for the day.

Dry off and head straight to work, or stick around for coffee and chats around the fire afterwards.

There's no pressure to be an experienced sea swimmer and getting into the water is always optional. Come exactly as you are and take everything at your own pace.
