Join us for another beautiful morning on the beach!

A nourishing way to start your Saturday morning, beginning with some movement to wake up the body, whilst listening to the sounds of the waves.

Finishing with an extended savasana with sound.

We will end the session with a comforting ceremonial cacao shared together.

Feel free to stick around for as long as you like, get to know everyone and bring your swimsuit if you'd like to go for a dip after!

Come alone or bring a friend - either way you'll be welcomed and part of a warm and friendly community.
