As we gather in late August, the season begins to subtly shift. Summer is still very much present, yet there may be a sense of change in the air. The days are gradually shortening, the pace of the season begins to soften, and nature offers a reminder of the beauty that comes from growth, maturity, and fruition.

This time of year can invite reflection on all that has unfolded over recent months. It offers an opportunity to acknowledge what has blossomed, recognise lessons learned, and create space for what may be emerging next.

This Gong Bath provides a gentle pause amidst the busyness of life — an opportunity to slow down, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with a deeper sense of balance and presence.

On 24th August, the Moon is approaching Full Moon, reaching its peak on 26th August. The days leading up to a Full Moon are often associated with heightened awareness, illumination, and insight. What has been quietly developing beneath the surface may begin to reveal itself more clearly, offering an opportunity to reflect, realign, and move forward with greater understanding.

This Gong Bath will gently support:

• Deep relaxation and nervous system restoration

• Creating space for clarity and reflection

• Releasing accumulated stress and tension

• Recognising personal growth and seasonal transitions

• Connecting with a sense of calm, balance, and inner awareness

Bathed in the immersive resonance of the gongs, you are invited to soften, settle, and simply receive. Allow the sound to guide you beyond the activity of the mind and into a place of spaciousness, stillness, and deep rest.

Please come in comfortable clothing and bring a mat, yoga mat or other, blankets, cushions, pillows etc to create a comfy nest to relax into.

20:15pm time and space to ground and regroup yourself

20:30pm float off into your evening
