& to bask in the healing power of the woods
Guided by Heather from Wild Heather Wellness, a certified Forest Therapy Practitioner (CMA-Accredited), each monthly session invites you to slow down, learn about nature connection, and enjoy a mindful and reflective time outdoors.
Through a mindful walk with nature insights, a sensory meditation, and a series of exploratory forest bathing invitations, you’ll deepen your relationship with the natural world. The experience closes with herbal tea, guided journaling, and a gentle sharing circle, leaving you restored and more deeply connected to yourself and the earth we call home.

What's Included:
Ticket price: £35 + eventbrite fees (10% of ticket sales a go towards to the National Trust )
Includes: 3 hour guided experience and a cup of herbal tea and wholesome nibbles
Excludes: car parking charges (free to National Trust members - please bring your membership card for scanning).
Access & Arrival Information:
Meet at the bookshelter by the main Midgehole carpark at Hardcastle Crags. Parking in the National Trust carpark is £8 per day. Alternatively, you can park along the read towards Hebden Bridge and walk to the meeting point. The walk from Hebden Bridge train station is approximately 30 minutes.
The days will involve some walking and uneven paths/ steps. Paths may be muddy/ slippy in wet weather. If you are concerned about access or have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch: wildheatherwellness@gmail.com

Warm layers + weather-appropriate clothing
(I will bring some hand warmers and extra layers)
Something to sit on
(I will have a groundsheet, but you may wish to bring an additional mat or cushion)
Water bottle
Journal + pen
This event is weather-dependent. It will go ahead in light rain, winds, and cold weather; however, if the weather becomes dangerous, it will be rescheduled, and refunds will be issued. I will confirm whether the session is going ahead 6 days before the event date.
