Join us for a calming and immersive experience in nature combining gentle movement, mindful exploration and a delicious brunch with a group of other outdoorsy women.

We’ll begin with a one hour Outdoor Yoga session in Calderdale Park, surrounded by the full bloom of spring.

From there we’ll wander along the canal, taking in the peaceful scenery. Along the way, we’ll pause for a guided forest bathing experience, allowing you to deepen your connection to nature and invite moments of stillness and reflection.

We’ll end the morning at a local café, where you can relax, get to know the group better and enjoy coffee and cake (included in your ticket), the perfect way to gently transition back into the day.

Whether you’re new to yoga and forest bathing or looking to deepen your connection with nature, this experience offers a welcoming and supportive space for all.
