House Rules for Sessions

Our sessions take place in the shared home of our resident rescue cats, so these guidelines help maintain a calm environment.

🧘 During the Session

• Follow the instructor’s guidance

• The practice is slow and gentle

• If a cat comes close, pause movement if needed

• You may gently guide a cat away or ask staff

• Do not pick up or carry cats

• Allow cats to move freely and ignore them where possible

🌿 After the Session

After the practice there is time for rest and gentle interaction.

• Sanitise hands before interacting

• Do not disturb sleeping cats

• Do not pick up or chase cats

• Allow cats to approach first

• Stroke only if they appear comfortable

• Give cats space to move freely

• Do not feed the cats

• Keep voices soft and calm
