A deeply restorative sound bath to help you rebalance, find equilibrium and sooth yourself after a busy week

Cater to your wellbeing with this powerfully restorative sound bath. Let the sounds relax body and mind, soothing your nervous system and opening you up to the beauty and power of life.

Sound baths can help with sleep issues like insomnia, they can increase clarity and focus and boost mood, and are a valuable meditation practice with real immediate effects.

This sound bath will be deeply replenishing, as Kharis cleanses and aligns both the chakras and auric field with a variety of sounds.

Kharis begins each session with very light movement and breathing exercises before guiding you into a meditative state where you will be bathed in purifying vibrations of 432hz crystal sound bowls, a Balinese drum, shakers and vocal toning.

Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets are provided and it is recommended you wear something comfortable for maximum enjoyment.

Participants must be 12+ under 16's accompanied by an adult

Who should avoid:

People using hearing aids (unless they are willing to turn them off)

Those on medication for depression or anxiety (seek doctors advice prior)

People prone to epileptic seizures

People with Parkinson’s using a DBS

Those in first trimester of pregnancy

Arrival and settle in 7.00pm - 7.10pm

Doors close, no entry 7.10pm

Opening the space 7.15pm

Sound bath 7.20 - 8.15pm

Grounding, social time and goodbyes 8.15pm

Close 8.20pm
