Before The Year Ends

A 90-minute end-of-year workshop for midlife women who want to pause, take stock and think about what they actually want next.

Befor the chaos of December kicks in, this is the perfect time to reflect on the year behind us, and think about the year ahead.

When do you actually stop and ask yourself:

How has this year really been for me?

What’s been good?

What hasn’t?

What have I learnt?

What do I want more of?

And maybe most importantly…

What do I want the year ahead to look and feel like?

This is a relaxed, reflective evening where we’ll take some proper time to think about those questions.

Through guided reflection, thoughtful questions and a little coaching, we’ll look back at the year you’ve had and then turn our attention towards the year ahead.

Not a goal-setting masterclass.Not a retreat.Not a “new year, new you” evening.

Just 90 minutes to step out of the usual noise and think about you, your life and what matters to you now.

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what’s working, what isn’t, what you’d like more of and some things to think about as you head into the new year.

A little about me

I’m Laura Benad, a midlife women’s life coach. I work with women in their 40s and 50s who are often at that point where life looks pretty good on paper, but something feels different.

This workshop is a chance to gently explore what you want.

I like to keep my workshops small and intimate so there will only be 15 spaces. Come by yourself or with others, all welcome.

Bring something to write in, other than that just come as you are.
