Eden's Garden Pop Up Wellbeing Day will occur in Brighton on 29 August 2026 at Stanmer Organics. The day offers wellbeing activities such as guided meditation and shamanic somatic movement, priced between £45.00 and £75.00.
A nourishing wellbeing day in nature with guided meditation, channeling, conscious touch and shamanic somatic movement
Our Intention
Eden's Garden has been brought to life through our shared passion for supporting people back to the peace, presence and connection that naturally exists beneath the distractions and busyness of everyday life.
More than simply a wellbeing event, this is an invitation to gather in nature as a community. To slow down, reconnect with ourselves, one another, the Earth beneath our feet, and the greater field of life that connects us all.
We believe that every person who chooses presence over distraction, love over fear, and connection over separation contributes to creating a more conscious, compassionate world. As we gather together, each person's presence, intention and unique energy become part of a shared field, raising the vibration not only within ourselves, but within our community and the land itself.
Throughout the day, each offering becomes a doorway back to yourself. Through meditation, conscious connection, frequency channelling and shamanic somatic dance, we gently release what no longer serves and reconnect with the peace, wisdom and aliveness that already exists within.
The resonance of the day is intended to continue long after the event has finished. As you integrate the experience into your everyday life, you are invited to gently lean into and embody a new way of being, one that feels more peaceful, connected, authentic and aligned with your true nature.
Our hope is that you leave not only feeling lighter and more connected, but knowing that by simply being present, you have become part of something greater, a growing circle of people bringing more harmony, compassion and conscious presence into everyday life.
Leave the noise behind. Step into the garden. Return to yourself. Together, let us nurture a more conscious world.
The Practical Things
This is an event for 20 attendees to have a gentle impact on the land. The workshops are mostly held outside, under and around a covered structure and on natural ground, so please wear appropriate footwear and be mindful of your steps.

The Centre for Ecotherapy allotment is located in the Stanmer Wellbeing Gardens at the far end of Stanmer Park.
Drive into Stanmer Park and follow the main route into the park until you pass Stanmer House on your left.
Take a left at the T-junction.
You will find yourself in an open space with cars parked and the Buxton construction signs in front of you. Go straight up the little track in front of you.
This road passes a row of buildings on the left and has trees on the right.
This road becomes a track and, at a big green shipping container on the left, the track turns 90 degrees to the right and continues uphill. The track is bumpy, please drive carefully. Continue up the hill and we are the first allotment on the right hand side.
You can park opposite the allotment or a little bit further up.
Our ‘Wilderness’ site is located on Stanmer Organics further up the track. Continue up the hill until you come to a five-bar gate on your left with a sign saying ‘Stanmer Organics’. Walk through and we are the first project on the right hand side.
