Pilates Society and Co-Women bring you an evening of pilates, networking and connection.

An evening bringing together Pilates, business and genuinely good conversation.

For creatives, wellness professionals, small business owners, freelancers, corporate women, founders, Pilates lovers, and anyone who’d like to expand their circle and meet brilliant new people in Sussex, without the awkwardness of traditional networking.

We’ll start with 45 minutes of Pilates led by Phillippa from The Pilates Society at Fitbox Hove: a fun, full-body Pilates class designed for all levels. All the mats and equipment will be provided, so just arrive ready to have fun!

Then we’ll head just around the corner to Paris Wine Bar, where Jo from multi-award-winning women’s business community Co-Women will host the networking part of the evening.

And this won’t be standing around clutching a glass while trying to work out who to talk to.

Co-Women networking is designed to make connecting easy, useful and actually enjoyable. Jo will lead a series of relaxed conversation starters and networking prompts that get you beyond job titles and elevator pitches, helping you discover who’s in the room, what they do, what they need and where you might be able to help one another.

Think less “tell us about your five-year business plan” and more “Oh! You’re exactly the person I needed to meet.”

Come with a friend or come completely solo. You won’t need to work the room, awkwardly introduce yourself to strangers or perfect your elevator pitch. We’ll do the connecting for you.

Because good networking shouldn’t be about collecting business cards. It should be about leaving with new contacts, new ideas, potential collaborations, recommendations, friendships and people you genuinely want to speak to again.
