Connect & Inspire is a friendly, informal networking group for people working in wellbeing, complementary therapies and related fields.

Join Marisa Tighe from Hema Sounds (https://www.hemasoundtherapy@gmail.com) and Ellie Nova, Sober Coaching (https://www.ellie-nova.com/) in person to meet like-minded professionals, share ideas, make connections and support one another. Each month we'll have a different guest speaker, giving you the opportunity to learn something new and perhaps see your business or practice from a different perspective.

There will also be time to chat, connect and give yourself the same care and attention you so generously offer to others – whether that's a sound bath, meditation, yoga or another relaxing experience.

✨ Talks are 30 minutes long with a 15 minute Q&A

✨ A chance to introduce your work, celebrate your wins and share challenges

✨ Informal networking with time to share ideas and support each other

✨ Reflection and action planning

✨Complimentary snacks and drinks

Whether you're just starting out or have been working in wellbeing for years, you're very welcome.

Cost First session £15 and then each session £30 and if you enjoy it, you will be invited to buy a block of 3 to be used whenever you like over a 6 month period.

Guest speakers get a free session.
