About This Event

The Seven Dials Soundjourneys event takes place on 7 November 2026 at the Church of Saint Michael in Brighton. The session explores Ayurveda's perspective on mental wellbeing through a workshop and an immersive sound journey. Tickets cost £25 and are available for purchase in advance.

How do we feel happier? Join us for a 90-minute Seven Dials Sound Journey exploring Ayurveda's fascinating perspective on mental wellbeing and how our routines, environment and sensory input can influence how we feel. We'll introduce the Ayurvedic qualities of sattva, rajas and tamas before switching off from external stimulation with a full one-hour immersive sound journey. No previous knowledge of Ayurveda or experience of sound journeys is needed.
