Welcome to Reset Rituala!

Reset Rituals is a small, intimate wellness retreat designed to help you completely switch off, reset your nervous system and leave feeling deeply rested, nourished and recharged. No yoga experience is needed.

Enjoy two hours of restorative Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, with gentle massage and Reiki woven into the practice. The day also includes guided meditation, intention setting, sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi, outdoor shower, a healthy brunch, herbal teas and refreshments.

You’ll have time to unwind in the garden, learn an energising morning yoga sequence to use at home and finish with a nurturing closing circle. You’ll also receive a beautiful gift bag to take away.

For an even deeper experience, you can add a private 30-minute massage treatment.

Perfect if you’re feeling stressed, exhausted, overwhelmed or simply need time for yourself. Spaces are limited to seven guests, keeping the day peaceful, personal and supportive.
