Join us for an hour’s walk through the woods, leaving the business of everyday life behind. Walk quietly, breathe deeply and take time to notice the sights, sounds and scents of nature as you reconnect with the woodland around you. We are meeting at 9.55 on the bench outside Stanmer House to start our walk at 10.00. The one hour walk will end in Stanmer Village Cafe for a cup of tea, (not in silence). Stanmer Village Cafe does wonderful tea etc, and has many home made edibles. There is plenty of outside seating. There are two car parks close to Stanmer House.
