Weekly Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (short form) in Bristol. A friendly welcoming class in the heart of Greenbank. Open to all levels.

This class is rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa primary series, an energetic set sequence of synchronised movement and breath designed to cleanse the body and focus the mind.

All levels welcome: This short form class is suitable for regular practitioners. Classes can also be adapted for beginners as we will explore asana modifications for individuals where needed, students are also encouraged to take rest as appropriate.

Aimee will offer assists and tips suited to individuals practice throughout the class to support students and enable progression.

Short form Ashtanga vinyasa classes will include guided breathing exercises followed by sun salutations and sections of the primary series. This concludes with asana designed to slow the breath and recentre.
