Autumn Grounding Sound Bath Experience 🍂✨

Join Mel from Drift Away Wellness for a cosy autumn evening of deep relaxation, sound, and optional Reiki at the beautiful Queen Charlton Village Hall.

As the seasons begin to change, this session is an invitation to slow down, ground yourself and come back into your body.

We’ll begin gently, giving you time to settle into the space before moving into guided relaxation and an immersive sound bath using a blend of therapeutic instruments and vibrations.

Afterwards, we’ll slowly come back together with herbal tea and a little chocolate, giving you time to ground before heading home.

🍂 What to bring:

Something warm and cosy, a blanket and pillow if you wish, and your favourite mug for tea. Mats are provided.

No previous experience is needed — simply come as you are, get comfortable and allow yourself some time to. ✨ This is a small space so spaces are limited .
