A rest practice for people who struggle to rest in the busy festive peroid!

Join Lucy B for a workshop exploring rest lots of different ways to wiggle and rest.

Sunday 13th October 4.15pm-6pm @ Now Studio

In the busy festive peroid its hard to find time to have find some softness and have a little pause!

This class will give us lots of different options to explore rest. It's designed for busy brains and people who struggle to rest, as well as well experienced rest legends!

Expecting wiggling, stretching, making big rest nest and biscuits!

What is does it include

-Biscuits,

-Slow, grounded, wiggly movement.

-Yin (longer held stretches)

-Restorative Yoga Shapes (soft supported shapes)

This workshop is for all levels and experinces.

Useful To Know

-The studio is up 1 flight of stairs

-Toilets are in seperate cubicles are are on the same floor.

-Low level muisc will be played through out the practice

-This practice requires the ability to move from the floor to standing

-Mats and props are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own

This workshop is sliding scale to, please purchase the ticket price that you are able to afford.
