HARVEST — GRATITUDE & LETTING GO

A Women’s Ceremony

Join us in person for a heartfelt gathering where we celebrate gratitude and embrace the art of letting go. This cozy ceremony is all about connecting with your feminine energy, reflecting on the past season, and planting seeds for new beginnings. Come ready to share, release, and recharge with a supportive circle of women. Let’s honor the harvest within and around us!

As we move into autumn, Harvest is an invitation to honour what has ripened, give gratitude for what has been, and gently release what is ready to fall away.

Hannah Bedford — Rose & Gold Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Healing.

Fay will guide you through a slow, nourishing Yoga Flow to Restore, moving from gentle embodied movement and heart-opening practices into stillness and deep rest. As the body settles, Hannah Bedford will weave the exquisite resonance of her Rose and Gold Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls through the space. Hannah brings a sensitive, intuitive quality to sound, allowing the bowls’ rich, layered tones to accompany the journey from movement into surrender. Together, Fay and Hannah create a beautiful meeting of movement, plant ritual and sound — an invitation to soften, listen inwardly and rest within the resonance of rose, gold and the heart.

Working with the beautiful plant allies of Rose, Ceremonial Cacao and Blue Lotus, we will journey through yoga, embodied movement, pranayama, mantra, meditation and ritual — exploring the meeting place between action and receptivity, strength and softness, gratitude and letting go.

There are moments when life asks us to step forward with courage and intention, and others when we are invited to soften, listen and receive. Together we will create space for both: moving through the body before gradually journeying towards stillness, anointing, sound and deep rest.

Yoga offers us a way back to what is essential. Through breath, movement and presence, we begin to unravel some of the tension, complexity and stories we carry — creating space for greater clarity, softness and wellbeing. The practice does not ask us to become something else, but gently dissolves some of the barriers between ourselves and the deeper sense of aliveness already within us.

There is something especially beautiful about practising in spaces that invite us to slow down and pay attention. Through movement, music, sound, nature and elements of ceremony, the practice can become more than physical — a place to listen, feel, restore and reconnect. Whether within a weekly class or a longer ceremonial gathering, these experiences offer a pause from the momentum of everyday life and an opportunity to return to ourselves with greater spaciousness and presence.

For me, this is part of the enduring beauty of yoga: it can meet us exactly where we are, while quietly opening the possibility of something more — greater freedom in the body, clarity in the mind, softness in the heart, and a deeper sense of connection to ourselves and the world around us.
