Relax, reset, and gently re-balance your mind and body beneath the stars in a truly immersive Sound Bath experience inside Bristol’s beautiful Planetarium at We The Curious.

Guided by sound healer Rounik, this unique journey blends breathtaking 360° cosmic visuals with the deeply soothing vibrations of gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, sacred chimes, and voice. As you recline and gaze into the vastness of space above, you’ll be invited into a state of deep rest—where sound and imagery work together to carry you on an inner and outer journey, to the stars and back again.

Whether you’re completely new to sound baths or already familiar with this practice, this experience is designed to be accessible, grounding, and gently transformative. There’s nothing you need to “do”—simply lie back, listen, and receive.

✨ What to expect

You’ll be welcomed into the space and given time to settle in comfortably. The session will begin with a short check-in, followed by gentle breathwork to help you arrive fully in your body. From there, you’ll be guided into a calming meditation before being immersed in the rich, resonant sounds of the instruments—woven together with the planetarium’s awe-inspiring visual journey through space.

✨ Practical details

Spaces are limited, so booking in advance is recommended. Comfortable seating is provided, you may wish to bring a light blanket, eye mask, water and scarf/head rest to lean back into and fully relax and enjoy this special experience.

Please arrive 20 minutes before the start. Doors close at 6.35pm and unfortauntely latecomers will not be able to enter.

To enter the Sound Bath... Please go to the side entrance of the building, next to the Planetarium sphere in Millennium Square, not the main entrance.
