Join Drift Away Wellness for a cozy autumn Sound Bath designed to help you step away from the busyness of everyday life, slow down and sink into deep rest.

We intentionally keep this experience small and intimate, with a maximum of just 12 people, creating a warm, peaceful space where you can truly switch off and feel held.

We’ll begin with gentle grounding and guided relaxation before settling into an immersive Sound Bath. Allow the soothing sounds and vibrations to wash over you while you rest comfortably.

✨ Optional Reiki healing will also be available during the Sound Bath for anyone who would like to receive it — there is absolutely no pressure to take part.

Afterward, we’ll gently come back together with herbal tea and chocolate, giving you time to ground before heading home. 🍫☕️

Mats are provided, so simply bring a blanket, pillow, something cozy and your favorite mug for tea.

Limited to 12 spaces to keep the experience intimate, calm and personal. 🌙✨
