Join us as we celebrate 5 years of HUM4NS
Five years ago, in the middle of a pandemic, we decided to put something good into the world.
At a time when connection was missing from so many people’s lives, we wanted to bring people together. To share honest stories. To challenge how we think. To help people become Happier, Healthier, Smarter and Kinder.
HUM4NS Talks was one way we chose to make that happen. A way to live our value of Giving by giving our time, creating space for others and offering a platform for real life and leadership stories that deserved to be heard.
The real lives of the people behind the businesses. The wins, certainly, but also the tough stuff. The doubts, difficult decisions and lessons that rarely make it onto a social media feed.
Five years later, we’ve hosted 82 events, welcomed 110 speakers and created opportunity for more than 2,400 attendees across events in England, Wales and Australia.
Along the way, HUM4NS has grown into a multi-award-winning personal and professional development company, working with organisations to amplify their impact through executive coaching, leadership alignment and team development.
Throughout that journey, these evenings have remained a place to get to know the human behind the job title, hear a different perspective and take something useful into your own life.
On 9 November 2026, we’re bringing people together to celebrate five years of HUM4NS Talks. And we’d love you in the room.
Perhaps you’ve shared your story with us. Perhaps someone else’s story helped you make sense of your own. Perhaps you met someone you’re still in touch with, left with a question you couldn’t shake, or finally gave yourself permission to do something differently.
This birthday is a chance to reconnect, reflect on how far you’ve come and celebrate the HUM4NS who have helped make it possible.
What to expect on the evening
An evening of honest stories, shared reflection and celebration—with the HUM4NS who have made these five years possible.
Hear from our founders, Olly and Darrell, about how it started, what they’ve learned along the way and their ambitions for what comes next.
We’ll also hear from members of 100 HUM4NS and our wider community, sharing what becoming Happier, Healthier, Smarter and Kinder has meant in their own lives. The changes they’ve made, the challenges they’ve worked through and the difference it’s making at home, at work and in how they lead.
There’ll be time to reflect on your own journey, reconnect with familiar faces and get to know someone new.
Whether you’ve been part of the story so far or are joining us for the first time, we hope you’ll leave with something to celebrate—and something to take forward.
Who’s it for?
HUM4NS Talks brings together founders, business owners and leaders who are curious about how they can grow, personally and professionally.
People carrying responsibility. People navigating change. People who value mindset, wellbeing and purpose alongside performance—and appreciate having somewhere they can speak honestly about it.
Whether you’re running a business, leading a team or asking bigger questions about how you live and work, you’re welcome here. You don’t need to have attended before or know anyone in the room.
Been with us since the beginning? Come back.
Joined us along the way? Come celebrate.
Never been before? Let this be your first.
