In this 30-minute session with a UK Registered Patent Attorney and a UK Registered Trademark Attorney from Handsome IP, you will be able to gain advice and guidance about patents, industrial designs, and trade mark registration.

Other options
We also offer Intellectual Property advice for creative enterprises with an IP Barrister, who can offer legal advice in areas of IP not covered by our Patent Attorney (such as copyright).
In addition, expert BIPC staff are always available for 1-to-1 IP sessions in person and on Zoom.

Absolutely! Any Bristol based business or person with a business idea is welcome. Though we always recommend joining the library as it's free and will make accessing our databases, books and publications much easier.
