Brabazon Spitfire Hangar - How to Find Us?

Please note: Parking spaces at the venue are very limited, we strongly encourage travelling from the Filton/Griffon Hall site or car sharing! If driving, please check you are insured to do so.

Approaching from Griffon Hall: Take the M4 Metrobus to Cribbs Causeway. It only takes 15 minutes if timed right and you can avoid the parking charge!

Approaching from Filton Site: We encourage those who are able to walk to the venue, the journey takes approximately 25 minutes.

Approaching Brabazon from Bristol: Follow the A38 Gloucester Road North, left turn onto Runway Avenue. Take the left at Atkinson Grove and left onto Mansell Street at the end. Continue along Mansell Street then take a right onto Runway Avenue. You will see the car park to your left.

Approaching Brabazon via the M5: Exit the M5 motorway at Junction 17 and follow Merlin Way to Hayes Way. Follow the dual carriageway to the Blenheim roundabout and take the third exit onto Fairlawn Avenue at Brabazon.

Navigating to the Spitfire Hangar Car Park at Brabazon: Drive down Fairlawn Avenue and take the first right onto Atkinson Grove. At the end of Atkinson Grove, take the first left onto Mansell street. Continue along Mansell Street then take a right onto Runway Avenue. You will see the car park to your left.

For Blue Badge parking, turn right on Mansell Street. Take your next right onto Frise Street, and Blue Badge parking is on your left.

Bicycle parking can be found at either end of Spitfire Hangar.
