About This Event

Join us for a relaxing and creative evening with the girls at our Sip, Paint & Co-Exist session - a therapeutic space to slow down, unwind and simply enjoy being present. This session is all about creativity, connection and wellbeing. Whether you’re an experienced artist or haven’t picked up a paintbrush since school, you’re more than welcome! There’s no pressure to create a masterpiece — just come along, have fun and express yourself. What to expect: A relaxing and therapeutic environment Refreshments included Time to connect, chat and meet other girls A chance to take a break from everyday life and focus on yourself Come as you are, grab a drink, pick up your paintbrush and let your creativity flow. No artistic experience is needed - just bring yourself and good energy!  This is your reminder that you deserve to pause, breathe and pour back into yourself.
