Forest School sessions on Thursday 29th October for 5-12 yrs in a beautiful setting offering games, exploring and creative activities.

We will be running forest school holiday sessions in the beautiful Wooscombe Woodland setting in Compton Dando - offering opportunities to explore the woods, play games, build dens and connect with nature. We will aim to end by coming together round a fire with a bit of cooking (weather permitting).

We will be out in the woods all day having fun and making the most of this lovely peaceful woodland setting. Activities will be run by Jon Attwood and Hannah Maggs, who between them have many years experience in education and running outdoor activities.

We will be outside all day whatever the weather (apart from high winds which could cause disruption) being adventurous and creative and working together as a group. Children will need to come with appropriate clothing (long sleeves , long trousers, waterproofs and boots or shoes that are waterproof will be needed) and a packed lunch - we will provide some snacks as well.

In the event of high winds or difficult weather we will either try and offer a different day or give you a refund.
