Our events are inclusive and accessible, with opportunities to reflect and discuss, in a safe space where you will be surrounded by other advocates for DEIB and Anti-racism work across and beyond the education system.
AIM Consultancy (https://aimconsultancy.uk/) stands at the intersection between education, equity and systems change, supporting leaders and staff to build inclusive organisational culture. We work with schools, trusts and education partners with all aspects strategic improvement to shape strategy and policy, and implement this alongside frontline reality into sustainable practice and long‑term impact.
Our Event:
This is our inaugural regional Racial Equity Conference in the region to build on the connections and conversations from the #DiverseEd Bristol Hub that has been running since 2023, and on REND Bristol which launched in 2025.
We aim to bring together the stakeholders across the city/region working on racial equity.
Our Events Include:
Keynote speeches; Panel discussions; Workshops; Student voice; Marketplace; Networking.
We strive to ensure that we have a representative line-up, including amplifying the voice of our pupils/ students and staff, alongside balancing local, regional and national voices.
