Let's join in circle and gather to celebrate Halloween the more traditional way: honouring the ancestors, somatic movement and a healing sound bath session.

Samhain is a time of year when the veil is thin between the two worlds, it's a portal to connect deep within, to honour your roots and a transition period marking rebirth.

This circle, held at the beautiful space of Uglyoga at Goyt Mill, will be led by yoga instructor, EFT Tapping practitioner and coach, Heather of Marple Moon Yoga and Rach, of Rach's Wellness Loft, sound bowl healer and reiki practitioner.

What to expect:

Opening circle + history of Samhain

Somatic slow flow movement (similar to yoga) to get out of your head and into your body. Stretch, move, and open.

Guided meditation to connect and honour the ancestors

Journaling & tarot pulls for guidance

45 minute sound bath

Closing circle

Come as you are, leave feeling at home within yourself.

If you have been craving a Halloween event that doesn't involve trick or treat, but rather something more traditional (but you can have both of course!), then this circle is designed for you.

What to bring:

Journal - so you can reflect on tarot and oracle card pulls, and write down any wisdom you may receive.

Everything else (mats, blocks, bolsters etc) is included.
