An afternoon to reset and recharge with The Fitness Collab

Join us for a soulful evening of movement, connection and deep relaxation in nature.

We’ll begin with a grounding yoga flow before immersing ourselves in a guided lake swim to awaken the senses and reconnect with nature. As the evening unfolds, you’ll unwind with an outdoor sound bath, intention setting, oracle card pull and fireside connection under the open sky.

Expect wholesome vibes, nourishing food, meaningful moments and the chance to completely switch off and reset.

What to bring:

• Swimwear

• Towel

• Optional wet shoes/water shoes

• Warm layers/blanket for the evening

A beautiful evening to slow down, reconnect and soak up the magic of summer.

We will provide a yoga mat but you're welcome to bring your own if thats preferable
