The 'A Slow and Soulful Start - New Year Retreat Day' will take place on 16 January 2027 at Chill at the Yard in Cambridge. This wellness event invites participants to restore their energy and recharge their spirit as winter transitions to spring. Ticket prices range from £97.50 to £115.00.
As we emerge from the quiet cocoon of winter, this is your invitation to restore your energy and recharge your spirit.
Enjoy a slow, serene and soulful start to the year at Chill, a unique outdoor bathing site, nestled amidst the quiet beauty of the Cambridgeshire countryside.
Our day begins with a 75-minute yin-yang yoga practice to gently awaken the body and ease into a state of calm. As we flow mindfully, we’ll invite stillness and cultivate deep relaxation, helping you restore from the depths of winter. Following this, we’ll delve into an intention-setting workshop, creating space for reflection and clarity as we align with what truly matters for 2027. It’s a time to pause, reconnect, and recharge your energy, setting the tone for a year filled with purpose and presence.
A delicious and nourishing lunch awaits you, offering a moment to savour wholesome flavours and good company. Afterwards, the day is yours to enjoy. Sink into the soothing warmth of a wood-fired hot tub and the barrel sauna, or find a quiet corner to simply rest and let your cares melt away. We’ll bring the day to a gentle close with a guided journalling session, giving you space to reflect, reconnect with yourself and leave feeling clear, grounded and ready to step into the year ahead with intention.
This intimate retreat is limited to just 14 participants, creating a cosy, supportive and nurturing atmosphere where you can truly relax and let go. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just beginning your practice, I look forward to welcoming you to join us. Modifications and options will be offered to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.
ABOUT YOUR HOST
Bea is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and experienced yoga teacher with over 800 hours of yoga teacher training.
