Welcome to the popcorn and pages monthly book club. This is a special festive book club meeting. **Secret Santa**: Please bring along a wrapped book to exchange as a Christmas gift. Second hand and regifting encouraged. Everyone who brings a book will take a book home! You will notice the change of venue, which allows people to eat if they want, so this can be a more social event. But this is not a strictly timed event, so if that's too early for you or you don't want to eat then feel free to come later. We'll do the secret Santa bit around 7.30-8pm. We're an informal, social group, with around 15 individuals attending each meeting. There is no expectation of 'serious' debate and the ethos is very open, respectful and friendly. **Don't worry if it says it's full - feel free to come along anyway! People often drop-out 'last minute'.** We will discuss books to put on the list for coming months. Everyone is welcome to stay for a drink and general chat.
