About This Event

A ‘Drawn to Nature’ event, sketching at Cambridge Botanic Gardens: https://www.botanic.cam.ac.uk We will meet at the fountain on the main walk (not far from the café) at 2pm (see photo) and again at 4.45pm to share our sketches. The gardens close at 5pm. We can go for a drink afterwards if people wish. The event is free but you will need to pay for entry to the Botanic Gardens. There are many beautiful plants to draw: https://www.botanic.cam.ac.uk/the-garden/gardens-plantings/ If it rains, we can shelter in the café or greenhouses. Please bring your own sketching materials. A stool or picnic blanket is useful but there are also benches. People usually choose their own spot to sketch, this can be alone or with a few other people. I will come round for a chat during the session and we can also socialise at the end.
