About Heartfulness Institute & Heartfulness Yoga Heartfulness Institute is an over-100-year-old global non-profit organisation dedicated to meditation, yoga, and inner well-being, offering a simple yet profound approach to living from the heart. At its core, Heartfulness is a heart-centred practice—a gentle shift from thinking to feeling, where meditation becomes a way to connect with the deeper essence within. Rooted in ancient yogic traditions and adapted for modern life, it invites individuals from all backgrounds to experience clarity, balance, and inner peace through direct personal experience rather than belief. Heartfulness practices are beautifully simple and accessible, guided through four essential steps—relaxation, meditation, rejuvenation, and inner connection—supporting emotional balance, mental clarity, and a deeper sense of harmony in everyday life. Complementing this, Heartfulness Yoga brings together mindful movement and breath awareness, enhancing both physical well-being and inner stillness. Practised together, yoga and meditation create a natural synergy—cultivating strength in the body and serenity in the mind. What makes Heartfulness truly distinctive is its subtle, experiential approach—guided by trained practitioners and supported by a global community, it offers a space where transformation unfolds gently, from within. Heartfulness has presence in over 160 countries, with over 10 million practitioners supported by 6,000 volunteer Heartfulness trainers and 500 Heartspots. In a world that often pulls us outward, Heartfulness is an invitation inward— to pause, to listen, and to rediscover the quiet intelligence of the heart. Heartfulness UK Heartfulness UK supports Heartfulness activities across the United Kingdom. At present, there are over 3000 practitioners, supported by 150 volunteer trainers and 50 Heartspots. Heartfulness UK currently offers Heartfulness meditation and yoga sessions, free of charge. To find a session near you, visit heartspots.heartfulness.org.
