Every second Tuesday of the month we gather for Move&Relax, an experience that goes beyond a class - it offers a calm space to explore movement, mindfulness, and relaxation at your own pace. So if you want to reconnect with yourself and find a quiet moment in a busy day, this session is for you.

A New Move&Relax Experience

Move&Relax has always been about finding balance between movement and stillness. This special session, created by Sev and Gabi, gives you even more space to pause, breathe and let go, combining mindful, free and creative movement with the deeply relaxing experience of a sound bath.

Who’s behind Move & Relax?

Move & Relax is guided by Sev (he/him), who created the session drawing on personal experiences and many years as a wellbeing lead, supporting others to feel energised, relaxed and balanced.

For this special Move&Relax with sound bath, Sev has invited Gabi to collaborate.

Who is Gabi, the person guiding you through the sound bath?

Gabi (she/her) is a dedicated Vibrational Energy Healer, specializing in deep relaxation through sound frequency and sound wave healing. Her journey began as a personal quest for healing, which transformed into a heartfelt mission to help others break free from survival mode and truly thrive. With a profound passion for energy work, Gabi integrates a wealth of holistic modalities, including Reiki Mastery, NLP, EFT, Ayurvedic Health Coaching, and Meditation Teaching. Her approach is rooted in the belief that sound and energy can realign the body, mind, and spirit, fostering profound transformation and inner peace.

Practical details

📍 Location: Marleigh Community Centre, Jubilee Square (in The Hangar building, behind Marleigh’s Co-Op and opposite Marleigh Primary Academy).

🕢 Doors open: 6:50pm

🕣 Session runs: 7:00pm – 9:00pm (please arrive before 7:00pm so we can start together)

💡 Tip: Use Google Maps and type “Marleigh Community Centre.” It’s just a 2-minute walk from the Newmarket Road Park & Ride.

Good to know

Bring water to drink and wear something loose and comfortable.

During the session you can be barefoot or wear clean and comfortable shoes.

Adult-focused (under-18s must be accompanied by an adult).

I encourage you to travel by bike, use public transport, or walk to the centre. If you need to use your car, there is Park and Ride parking available a 2-minute walk from the Marleigh Community Centre.
