About This Event

The workshop will introduce participants to the ancient art of Ebru, or Turkish marbling, where colour pigments are floated and transferred onto paper or fabric. It is set for 23 November 2026 at The Grafton Centre in Cambridge.

Ebru, Turkish marbling, is an ancient art form where colour pigments are floated and transferred onto paper or fabric.

The workshop will be a practical introduction to traditional Turkish paper marbling, by Dilara Karaağaç, the artist, as a hands-on session for participants.

Please note that doors will close shortly before the advertised time, so we request that you arrive 15 minutes before the start time.
