An immersive journey with 90 cm Wind Gong & 80 cm Chao Gong, creating rich layers of sound & vibration for deep relaxation, inner stillness
The Art of Stillness — Gong Bath
An immersive sound journey centred around two distinctive gongs — a 90 cm Wind Gong and an 80 cm Chao Gong — creating a rich, evolving landscape of sound, vibration and complex overtones.
As layers of resonance gradually build and dissolve, you are invited to slow down, turn your attention inward and simply notice what emerges. The changing textures of the gongs create space to step away from constant thinking and everyday stimulation, allowing the body and mind to move naturally towards deeper relaxation.
Research into sound- and music-based interventions suggests that immersive listening experiences may support relaxation and help reduce perceived stress, anxiety and tension.
There is nothing you need to achieve and no particular experience you need to have. Simply lie down, become comfortable and allow yourself to be immersed in sound.
A space to pause. A journey within. A moment to return to yourself.
For your wellbeing and the wellbeing of others, please do not attend the session if you are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
Gong Bath sessions are complementary wellbeing experiences and are not a substitute for medical or mental health diagnosis or treatment.
